MINTREVOKE ← Back to MintRevoke

Effective 20 August 2026

Terms of use

These terms describe the current MintRevoke interface. By using MintRevoke, you accept the blockchain, market and software risks below and remain responsible for every transaction you approve.

1. Solana transactions and real-value risk

MintRevoke displays the active Solana network in the interface. Mainnet transactions use real SOL and create persistent on-chain assets. Nothing guarantees that a token will be tradable, valuable or suitable for any purpose. Verify the network, recipients and complete transaction in Phantom before approval.

2. Your wallet remains in control

MintRevoke is non-custodial. It does not request or store seed phrases or private keys. The connected Phantom wallet is the signer and final source of truth. Public wallet addresses, balances and confirmed transaction data are visible on Solana.

3. Fees and transaction costs

MintRevoke currently charges a fixed 0.20 SOL token-creation fee. Freeze-authority, mint-authority and metadata-immutability choices are included. MintRevoke currently adds no separate service fee for pool creation, swaps or liquidity removal. Raydium's displayed CPMM pool-creation estimate of approximately 0.15 SOL, liquidity deposits, Solana account rent and network fees are separate. Review the final amounts in Phantom. The applicable operator fee is the amount shown before approval and may change only for future transactions. Confirmed blockchain transfers are normally not technically reversible, but that limitation does not remove mandatory statutory rights or a claim concerning an incorrectly charged operator fee.

4. Token supply, authorities and public metadata

The full initial supply is minted to the connected wallet. Revoking mint or freeze authority is permanent for that mint. Making metadata immutable permanently prevents changes to its on-chain name, symbol and metadata URI. The token image and JSON are published to public IPFS before wallet approval and can remain public even if the later Solana transaction is cancelled.

5. Market data and copied references

Market activity, price, liquidity, holder and authority information comes from public third-party data and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is not a recommendation or a prediction of profit. Copying a public reference fills its name and symbol and, when an indexed image is available, currently imports that image as the upload starting point; supply and decimals keep MintRevoke defaults until the user changes them. Public availability does not grant a licence. Review and replace third-party content unless you have the necessary rights. The selected source mint is disclosed in published metadata, and users must not imply false affiliation.

6. Pools, trading and liquidity removal

MintRevoke can create and manage saved Raydium CPMM pools, request live buy or sell quotes and redeem LP tokens held by the connected wallet. Pool ratios set the initial price, low liquidity can cause severe price impact, and quoted output can change before confirmation. Removing liquidity returns the wallet's proportional pool assets; it does not take tokens from holders' wallets. It can, however, leave holders with too little liquidity to trade. MintRevoke can redeem only LP tokens currently held by the connected wallet; it cannot use LP tokens held in another wallet or let a user nominate arbitrary pool vaults.

7. Freeze authority

Freeze authority controls individual token accounts; it is not a global trading pause and does not control SOL or LP ownership. Removing it is permanent. Retaining it creates an ongoing power over compatible token accounts and should only be done when that control is understood and lawfully used.

8. Prohibited use

Do not use MintRevoke for fraud, deceptive promotion, impersonation, market manipulation, infringement or any activity that violates applicable law. A disclaimer does not make unlawful conduct lawful. Users are responsible for their token content, disclosures, taxes and legal obligations.

9. No advice or guarantee

MintRevoke does not custody users' assets or provide personalised investment recommendations. Nothing displayed is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. These terms do not determine the regulatory classification of the service, any token or any activity. Confirmed blockchain transactions are normally not technically reversible, third-party services can fail and smart-contract activity can cause total loss. The service provides no guarantee of availability, price, liquidity or outcome.

10. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in submitted content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, validate, reproduce, transmit, format, pin and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and document the service. You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for submitted names, symbols, descriptions and images. Technical copies on IPFS may persist beyond the operator's control.

11. Third-party services

Phantom, Solana, Raydium, Jupiter, Pinata, IPFS gateways, explorers and metadata hosts are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. References and links do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Availability, data and transactions may be affected by those services.

12. Changes, suspension and availability

The operator may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue all or part of the interface prospectively for security, legal, abuse-prevention, maintenance or operational reasons. This does not alter a transaction already signed and does not remove on-chain records or IPFS copies. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new effective date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintRevoke is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Privacy

MintRevoke has no user-account system. Public wallet and blockchain data, public IPFS publishing, browser-local records and server/provider processing are described in the Privacy notice.

14. Eligibility, operator and disputes

You may use MintRevoke only if you have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and may lawfully use the service where you are located. If you act for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. The legal operator's full identity, geographic address, support contact, governing law, competent courts and any applicable consumer dispute-resolution body must be inserted here before a public paid launch. Until those details are published, these terms are not a complete public consumer contract.
